Cozy Corner is a self-catering studio for two guests, located just a short walk from Langebaan Lagoon, the Langebaan CBD, and all the various activities in town.This modern and newly refurbished unit is an apartment within an apartment unit, and features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.There is a comfortable couch within the unit, and DStv is provided on the TV along with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment; there is also a separate kitchenette. Please note that in addition to the quoted fee, we also charge a refundable Breakage Deposit of R1000.
No check-ins will be done after 20:00. After 19:00 a late check-inn fee of R250 per half hour, or part thereof, applies. This is payable, in cash, upon arrival.
Cancellation policy that applies to Mid and Low Season:
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival = 0% of accommodation
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival = Banking charges may apply
Cancellation policy that applies to Peak and High Season which includes Easter Weekend:
Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival = 0% of accommodation
Cancellation 59 - 8 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival = Banking charges may apply
