Should there be a notification of cancellation of a booking; the following cancellation fee will
apply:
• More than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of the deposit
• Between 21 and 30 days: refund of 75% of the deposit
• Between 14 and 21 days: refund of 50% of the deposit
• Less than 14 days: no refund of the deposit
• For high season and long weekends, deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival date.
