The main living area comprises a kitchen, dining area, and lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. The dining area has a 4-seater dining table and the lounge is furnished with ample comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with DSTV Compact for relaxation and entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Through the lounge doors there is a spacious, secure courtyard with a 4-seater table and a gas braai; perfect for enjoying meals and family time together.

During loadshedding an inverter provides power to the TV and lighting in the lounge as well as the fridge/freezer. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall panel heater and the lounge has a large gas heater. We have also provided a gas bottle with cooking ring so that you can still cook or have tea/coffee during loadshedding.

Guests have access to their own separate entrance and there is secure parking.
There is a washing machine in the garage and wash lines in the private front garden.
The house has an alarm for security and the complex is equipped with electronic gate, electric fence and security cameras.

LONGER TERM STAYS AVAILABLE MID APRIL TO END NOVEMBER. Monthly rental to be negotiated.
