For a smooth and enjoyable journey to Rorke's Drift Lodge, we recommend traveling during daylight hours, as the area lacks street lights. Fear not, as our establishment is well signposted from 30kms away. However, please be aware that the road leading to us is not tarred, with the last 5kms being a charming farm track. When renting a vehicle, we suggest opting for a high-clearance option such as a reliable Nissan X-Trail for a convenient and scenic drive.
