Riverside Lodge may not be held responsible for any amount of commission asked by agents. Any dissatisfaction with the price paid as commission, or the agents false, misleading or deceptive representation, must be taken up with the relevant agents.
All rooms that have been confirmed will be held until 16h00 on the scheduled date of arrival at which time the lodge may re-let the room without further notice, unless notified of a late arrival.
Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by Riverside Lodge.
