Important Information
A 50% deposit is strictly due within 48 hours after making the reservation to secure your booking.
Note that this booking is only valid for 48 hrs and will be cancelled without the required deposit and you will have to re-book. Availability thereafter cannot be guaranteed.
All payments must be free of exchange and the cost of the transaction is for the Tenant’s account. Only amounts actually received in our bank account will be taken as payment against the amount due. Please ensure that when doing cash deposits you ask the teller what the bank charges are and add the extra amount to the payment. The rental amount payable is based on an exchange rate of ZAR14/Euro. Should the official published exchange rate change by more than 2.5% from quoted rate before full payment is received, Hermanus Holiday Rentals reserves the right to amend the price quoted and final payment shall be adjusted accordingly.
The balance of the payment must reflect in our bank within five working days prior to arrival.
A once-off cleaning and laundry fee of R750 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. A breakages deposit of R2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages. Bear in mind that No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
Kindly note that should the maximum sleeping capacity of the house be exceeded by guests, they will be asked to leave immediately and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Regretfully no pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking inside the house. A R1000 penalty will be charged. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
Please note that check-ins after 18H00 guests will be charged a R150.00 extra per hour.
We have a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year. Minimum stays over Long weekends are three nights. There is a minimum stay requirement of 10 Nights between 15 December and 5 January 2020.
Guests need to provide their own beach/swimming towels.
