The master suite, situated downstairs, is a haven of opulence, complete with a king-sized bed and a private seafront balcony. An inviting Jacuzzi bath and separate shower create a spa-like experience in the open-plan bathroom. Another en-suite double bedroom, facing the majestic mountains, opens onto a private courtyard with a peaceful koi pond. Furnished with a king-size bed or two three-quarter beds, this room also offers a secluded outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Upstairs, you'll find a double en-suite room with access to a spacious private deck showcasing breathtaking views. The remaining two rooms are tastefully furnished with two three-quarter beds each and share a guest toilet. Quality towels and 100-percent cotton bed linen, as well as additional blankets and hot water bottles, are provided for your utmost comfort.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a large gas hob and stove, an additional electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a spacious fridge-freezer. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room equipped with a double kitchen sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Step outside to an enchanting garden courtyard, furnished with an outdoor dining table, a soothing water feature, and a built-in braai (barbecue) area. For unforgettable memories, the sea-facing deck awaits, offering a twelve-seater dining table for exquisite candlelit dinners or leisurely sundowners. ★★★★★ View was excellent, house well insulated. Geyser should be set correctly for winter experienced some times without hot water. DStv should be activated before the we arrive.
