For those seeking a more rustic experience, our Bush Camp offers an authentic encounter with nature. Located just 80 m from the main swimming pool, it features four charming thatched bungalows, accommodating up to nine guests each. Delight in the simplicity of life surrounded by the untamed beauty of the reserve. Enjoy hot showers and flushing toilets in our ladies and gents ablution block, and prepare meals in our bush kitchen within the barbecue boma, complete with a large fridge-freezer.

Embark on thrilling adventures with our array of activities. Experience the thrill of our 4X4 trail, which winds through the reserve and promises an exhilarating five-hour journey. If time is of the essence, we've provided exit routes to shorten the trail. Explore the remarkable sandstone formations within the reserve, and find yourself climbing atop these ancient rocks for an awe-inspiring 360-degree view of the Waterberg. Whether you choose to self-drive, cycle, or walk, encounter a diversity of wildlife including giraffes, kudus, zebras, wildebeests, blesbucks, impalas, warthogs, and baboons. Please note that for safety reasons, buffalo sightings are only possible from outside the electrified camp.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family, which is why we warmly welcome them at Madikela Game Lodge. Under certain conditions, pets are allowed and must have their own bedding and bowls. For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted on the beds and must be kept on a leash at all times during walks. We kindly ask that owners clean up after their dogs to ensure a pristine environment for everyone to enjoy.
