Trading Terms, Reservation & Payments
Payments can be made by credit card or by electronic bank transfer (EFT) if banking with a South African Bank. Please see the banking details below. No bank transfers accepted from overseas.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours after making the reservation to secure such a reservation.
The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival to confirm your booking.
Lucky Crane Villas will reserve the right to cancel a booking should payment not be received as stipulated.

Cancellations
Cancellation 30 - 7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.
Cancellations only accepted in written form (email or fax)
