Important Information
Terms & Conditions
Rates:
-Rates include accommodation, breakfast, fitness centre and swimming pool use.
-Management reserves the right to change rates without notice , rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.
Meals:
-Breakfast is served from 7am till 10am on weekdays.
from 8am till 10am on Saturdays and Sundays.
-Light meals for lunch and dinner is available in the restaurant until 19:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays.
Deposit
-We require a 50% non- refundable deposit of the total accommodation to secure a reservation.
- If the booking cannot be honored an alternative date may be provided by the guest if the
property has availability
Payment by EFT
-bank/internet transfer
-The outstanding balance is payable before occupation and any additional expenses on departure.
Arrival and Departures
To ensure that you are expected and welcomed by our Establishment, we kindly urge you to
contact us, to advise us of your estimated time of arrival, to avoid unpleasant delays. Strict
security measures are practiced at our establishment, late check-ins (after 19pm onwards)
must be advised timeously.
Check in
-check in times is from 14h00 till 19h00 on the day of booked arrival.
-departures must be by 10h00 on the booked day of departure.
-late departures is at the discretion of management and dependent on room
availability.
Insurance
It is your responsibility to take out appropriate personal travel insurance
Damage to Contents / Property
in the event of any damages to the room, a suitable amount will be added to your final
bill to rectify the damage and/or replace the item(s) affected
Our rooms are all strictly Non-Smoking. Please adhere to it.
Our Liability
Lighthouse Guest House and it’s owners or employees do not accept any liability for
loss, injury or damage howsoever arising sustained by any person in or around the
premises.
Safety and security
For the Security and Safety of our Guests we do not allow visitors in the rooms,
except by prior arrangement with management, and approval thereof
