- For the exclusive use of the villa, children of all ages are welcome under supervision.
- For Suite bookings, children of 12 years and older are welcome at full adult rates.

- Full Payment is required 15 Days prior to arrival. The Light House reserves the right to release reservation with no prepayment 15 Days prior to the arrival date.
- Minimum 2-night stay over weekends applies during peak season (shorter stays are possible, manager discretion)
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- All extras are to be settled upon departure.
- Reservations, as well as cancellations or amendments to reservations, must be in writing.
