SUNSET VACATION VILLAS – We are aware clients are nervous to book without some improved
flexibility in COVID cancellation policies.

We outline our cancellation policy below in relation to COVID travel restrictions only
Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date full refund
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 5% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 60 and 15 days of arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days from arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.

COVID Cancellation: If there is a travel ban, we will offer the right to postpone your holiday to a
future date (up to one year), subject to availability.

Regular Cancellation policy

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and 100% for
cancellation 45 days of arrival date. Balance payments are due 45 days before arrival

We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance.

*Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in. *The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in. No parties or events are permitted at all. Cleaning fees are per stay. ALL VILLAS Cleaning fee R1000 PLUS a REFUNDABLE damage security deposit of R10,000 held for the duration of the stay, refunded 7 days after departure
