-The credit card used to make the online booking needs to be presented at check-in.
-A copy of the cardholder's ID / Passport is required on arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY:
-Provisional reservations are held for 24hours, after which time the reservation needs to be confirmed by paying the deposit or alternatively the space will be released for resale.
-Payment of the deposit is due within 24 hours of confirmed booking.
-Bookings made within the same month of arrival date are due in full within 24 hours.
-Payment of the balance due at 60 days prior to arrival in high season (September to April). If not adhered to, booking will be released.
-Payment of the balance due at 30 days prior to arrival in low season (May to August). If not adhered to, booking will be released.
-OENA Group reserves the right to release bookings should the booking terms not be adhered to.

Cancellation Policy
-Any monies paid are non refundable.
-Please note, that in circumstances beyond our control, extreme weather conditions, flood or fire etc., OENA Group reserves the right to move your booking to a different site/room or future date, and will be under no obligation to repay any monies already received.
