This luxurious apartment enjoys views of the ocean and is only a short walk from the beach.
Our cleaning staff are Covid Safety trained and the apartment is stocked with hand wash and disinfectant spray.

R880 check-out cleaning fee per booking.
Please advise your arrival/flight details as there is no reception at the apartment and therefor it is very important to have your arrival details in order to meet you to hand over the keys and check you in. Please do this at least one week before arrival.
Check in time: From 14h00 onwards. Could you please send us an email with your estimated arrival time and your phone number? For early morning arrivals, you are advised to book the night before as well, as the apartment may only be ready at 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check out time: Latest 10h00 on the day of departure, unless prior arrangement with our office upon check-in.
A refundable deposit of R2000, needs to be paid directly to Home Meets Hotel two weeks before arrival, and will be returned within 7 business days.
Any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.
Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security. Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the Key & Breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and/or damage.
Please take note of the following important information:
South Africa is currently experiencing an electricity shortage, so there might be periods when you will be without electricity. We call it load shedding and there is an app that you can download to check the schedule in your area so that you can plan around it.
We provide guests with a starter pack to get them going on the first day of their arrival consisting of tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water/an alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage (please advise your choice), basic cleaning detergents and bathroom amenities.
Please take note that we do not replenish these items for the duration of your stay.
We provide guests with a fitted sheet and duvet, which will be on the bed as well as a bath towel and hand towel for each guest.
We can arrange housekeeping at an additional cost. Please make sure to arrange this with your host prior to your arrival. For bookings longer than 7 nights, there is a complimentary mid stay cleaning service which includes a change of linen.
We can arrange an airport shuttle at an additional cost.
We do no have international plugs/converters, therefore please remember to bring your own.
We do not get informed when neighbouring units are getting renovated, therefore if it happens during working hours, we are unable to prevent it.
We can only recommend and not dictate the furnishing, window coverings (whether too light or too dark), kitchen utensils, cooking ware, cutlery etc of the unit, as this remains the personal choice of the owner.
Please report anything which is not to your satisfaction on the day of your arrival, so that we can address it to the best of our ability as it is our top priority to make your stay with us as pleasant and memorable as possible.
Home Meets Hotel, as well as the owner, do not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore strongly advised.
