Smoking is not allowed in the Hampton Collection apartments. Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated. Quiet hours are observed between 22h00 and 08h00. Loud music, parties, noise, or functions are not allowed on the premises. A complimentary cleaning service will be provided for long stays. For the safety of all our patrons, no additional guests other than those stipulated in the booking confirmation will be granted entry onto the property. Children under 16 are to be supervised by an adult at all times. Use of the pool is permitted between 08h00 and 20h00 at own risk, and children need to be supervised at all times. Diving, jumping or running around the swimming pool is not allowed. No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the property. Do not flush foreign items down the toilet other than toilet paper. Please make use of the bin provided. For your safety and ours, please ensure that the driveway gates are closed at all times. When leaving the property, ensure that windows, doors and gates are locked and secure. This will also prevent monkeys from entering the apartment. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Damages caused by guests will be charged to guests accordingly. The backyard patio, swimming pool, laundry room, and braai facilities are shared. There is a construction site located nearby that may cause some noise during the daytime. Hampton Collection will not be held responsible whatsoever for any theft, damages, injury, death or loss suffered by guests on the premises. Guests agree to enter the property at their own risk.
