Important Information

At Clifton Sunset, we have established a set of 24-hour House Rules to ensure a comfortable and harmonious stay for all guests. To maintain the highest standards of hospitality, it is imperative that these rules are adhered to from the moment of check-in until checkout.

We kindly request that you share these House Rules with any friends or family members who will be accompanying you during your stay. Non-compliance with these rules may result in immediate cessation of services.

The House Rules at Clifton Sunset include:

1. No gatherings, parties or events are allowed at the property. This rule is strictly enforced.

2. Let's Respect Our Neighbors: No Loud Music or Screaming Allowed. DJ Pads Prohibited.

3. In accordance with health and safety regulations, no pets are allowed on the premises. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

4. Smoking is prohibited within the interior of the residence.

5. Dive into the pool where the water's just right, not too hot, not too cold, it's a delight! The thermometer says 21 or 22, but don't quote me, it might have lost its sight

6. There is a Private Beauty Spa. Additional cost.

7. Meet Edward and Katie, our fantastic housekeepers! They're here to help you with keeping your home clean and tidy every day. If you have any questions about the property, just ask them. And if you need help with laundry, don't hesitate to reach out to them directly. They're here to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

8. For security purposes, there are electrified fences surrounding the house. Tampering with the fences can result in an electrical shock and trigger the alarm system. We strongly advise against touching the fences

9. If you wish to sleep with the alarm on, please inquire with housekeeping or the landlord upon check-in for proper usage instructions.

10. For your safety and security, please remember to close the garage door when entering the house after parking your vehicle in the garage. Also, keep the first gate entrance of the house closed at all times. Thank you for helping to keep our community secure.

11. It is strictly noted that the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property is 8. Any additional guests beyond this limit will incur a charge of R6000 per person.

12. We kindly request that no furniture be moved inside or outside the property. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit or travel insurance coverage.

13. We strictly prohibit tampering with the wires located behind the main TV in the sitting room, including removing any plugs. This can result in serious electrical problems for the entire house
