A cosy, comfortable cottage with loads of character, situated in a quiet cobblestone street in the historic heart of the village of Kalk Bay on the scenic False Bay coastline.

Beautifully renovated inside, the cottage has 3 bedrooms (accommodating 4 adults and 2 children), 2 bathrooms (both with showers only, one en-suite), an open-plan lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher. There’s also a laundry room with a washing machine.

The main, loft-style double bedroom is upstairs and has French doors opening to a small balcony with a sea view. The second double bedroom is downstairs, and there is a third small bedroom with a bunk bed SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ONLY.

You can enjoy breakfast in the sunny courtyard, or barbecue in the Weber on a summer’s evening.

There is free WiFi and a smart TV with a limited number of DSTV programmes.
The property has an alarm system and a security gate with a buzzer. Parking is available on the street outside the cottage.

Kalk Bay’s vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, theatres, galleries and fascinating harbour are all a short stroll away. Go for a morning swim in the picturesque Dalebrook Tidal Pool, or enjoy sundowners at the famous Brass Bell Restaurant on the water’s edge (both a 5-minute walk from the cottage). Just around the corner from the cottage you’ll find the shady Lever Street Park, with a children’s playground, and also within easy walking distance is the wonderful Kalk Bay Theatre, for an unforgettable evening’s dining and entertainment.
