We have adjusted our assiduous hygienic cleaning schedule to adhere to the new guidelines for the prevention of the spread of the virus. We are using the best available products and have trained our staff in their use.
Availability and Pricing

• All reservations require a 10% deposit upon confirmation of the booking, to be paid within 7 days.
• Final payment is due 15 days prior to your arrival (Special Covid 19 flexibility). Cederberg Ridge reserves the right to cancel the booking if deposit or final payment is not received at the appropriate time.
• For last minute reservations, full payment is required upon confirmation.
• All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing.
• Provisional bookings will only be held for 7 days; or 48 hours within 7 days of arrival. Thereafter the booking will automatically be released.
• We reserve the right to amend/change rates on this website without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to request 2 nights' minimum stay during our Festive season.
• We strongly recommend a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year.
• No pets allowed.
• All suites are non-smoking.
• We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Alternatively, you can settle via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Unfortunately, we don’t accept American Express or Diner’s Club.
Exclusive Use Rate (if all rooms are booked)
A special lower rate will be offered for Exclusive Use. It depends on season, availability and length of stay. It is offered for a minimum two night stay in the high season and over weekends (Fridays & Saturdays) throughout the year.
• Children below 6 years old by prior arrangement only.
• 6 to 11 years – 50% of sharing rate when sharing with parents. 1 child under 12 can be accommodated in each Luxury Suite on a converted window seat.
• 1 child under 12 years can be accommodated in each Luxury suite, and 2 children in the Superior Honeymoon Suite (1 child under 12 on a converted window seat, and 1 teenager up to 17 on an extra bed in the sitting area).
Families with 2 or more children can take the two-bedroom suite (two Luxury Suites that share a sitting room area). Extra children will be charged as above. (Each 2-bedroom suite can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 extra children under 12 on the converted window seats. And an extra child/teenager on the sofa bed.)
Cancellation Policy - including Covid 19 Terms (valid until 20 December 2021)
All cancellations are only valid if in writing. Please ensure you receive acknowledgment of cancellation from our Reservations Department. The cancellation fee is a percentage of the full accommodation account.
Flexible Cancelation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival for reservations confirmed and travelling between 26 January and 30 March 2021.
Covid 19 Policy
We understand that these are very uncertain times. So we have put flexibility at the heart of everything we do.
• Final payment is currently due only 15 days prior to arrival.
• Up to 15 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fees (Any deposit is refundable, minus bank charges.)
• 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee*
Please note that 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you decide to depart early while staying with us.
Last Minute changes (within 14 days) due to Covid-19
We are aware that occasionally, last-minute changes may be needed due to Covid 19, such a suddenly-imposed ‘travel decree’, a personal covid-19 diagnosis or even denied boarding. Please outline the specific circumstances to us. In the case of an SA travel ban, we will offer 100% refund or postponement. In the case of a personal Covid 19 issue, we are happy to hold your payment as a credit towards future travel.
