Additional fees:
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 will be required, which will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
A once-off administrative fee of R550 is charged per booking.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every 3rd day.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Dstv Resort channels included.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels or rent from Resort.
Housekeeping:
Every day included, except Christmas and New Years' day.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term and conditions as well as the house rules of the resort that will be visited.
Non-Smoking Unit
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
You are NOT allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will ONLY be signed out to the Surname confirmed with our agent.
