Important Information
Reservation Terms. The deposit payment of 50% of the booking is required to secure the booking. No bookings made are confirmed until a deposit payment has been received. Once the deposit has been received the accommodation is booked and is subject to availability.
A once off weekly cleaning fee is included. Any additional weekly cleaning can be requested at an additional cost.
Minimum 2 night booking is required. Arrival between 2pm and 5pm.
Please note that parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10pm (22h00) till 6am (06h00) and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
An airport transfer to the property is available at an additional fee of R650 plus luggage costs if a trailer needs to be hired.
Late arrivals are allowed by prior arrangement only and subject to an additional fee of R400 if after 5pm.
